How ticket verification works
- 1.Every voteMe.live ticket carries a unique 6-digit short code and a signed QR code generated at purchase time.
- 2.The QR payload is HMAC-signed — it cannot be forged or reused across events.
- 3.Scanning or entering the short code returns the current status: Issued, Used, Void, or Refunded.
- 4.Gate scanner staff use the organizer dashboard for full validation which records each scan in an immutable audit log.
