Look up your event tickets, download QR codes, transfer a ticket, or request a refund from My Tickets.
You can access your event tickets at any time from voteme.live/my-tickets.
Enter the email address and access code you used when purchasing. Your tickets are displayed grouped by event.
Each ticket shows a signed QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds for security. Download it or screenshot it for entry at the gate. You can also display it directly from your phone.
Below the QR code, you will see a 6-digit short code. If the scanner cannot read your QR, give this code to the gate staff and they can enter it manually.
Download a PDF version of your ticket for printing or saving offline.
If you cannot attend, transfer your ticket to a friend. Click Transfer, enter the recipient's name, email, and phone, and they will receive an email to accept the ticket. See the Ticket transfers and refunds article for full details.
If the event's refund policy allows it, you can request a refund here. The refund amount and window depend on the organiser's policy shown on the event page.
If you lost your confirmation email, click Resend email to send it again to your registered email address.
If you purchased your ticket via USSD and received an SMS with a short code, you can also look up your ticket at voteme.live/my-tickets using your email and access code if you provided them during the USSD flow. If you did not provide an email during USSD purchase, show your SMS to the gate staff at the event.
